Q.
My 2 yrs old son is going through severe cough and cold. He is not able to sleep properly because of congestion in chest n nose. Please suggest something.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. there is any congestion s team is of great helpcold and cough is usually a viral infection for which you can give relent plus syrup to the baby and can put nasoclear drops into the nose to relieve nasal congestion

Put Nasal drops into the nose of the child that will help in opening up the blockade and the breathing would be easy and the child would be able to sleep peacefully also you can put on the steamer for about 10 to 15 minutes in the room and keep a pillow under the head of the child that is also going to be
