my 2 yrs 3 months daughter got her hand burnt accidentally by falling over hot tea while playing wt should i do ?

wash her hand with tap water. And apply toothpaste on it and rush to the nearest paediatric. As doctor can only tell appropriate ointment for babies.
For toothpaste is also optional. you can keep ice pack on the burnt area.
