My 2 yr 11 month daughter has blocked nose coughing at night with running nose at day time

Author of questionMom of 2 children2 years agoA. She doesn’t have fever only coughing rigorously at 2-4 am and in day slight coughing though I am giving her Alex junior recommended by her paediatric . Is there any home remedy I can add ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu whexre most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that codugh expectorant and decongexstant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
