Q.

my 2 years old baby boy wakes up in the night 2-3 times between 9pm to 6am and begins to cry. what can be the reason any idea? He eats his last food nearly 7:00-7:30pm and before going to sleep he takes half glass of milk with bourn vita.

A. Hello Father, If you think your toddler might be overtired, try an earlier bedtime and make sure she's napping enough during the day. If you think she's waking at night because she's napping too much, try shortening her nap. Also make sure she's not napping too close to bedtime. Get gung-ho about the bedtime routine.
