my 2 years 3 months boy's hand and feets wet....is it normal?

Maybe either due to higher body temperature and another issue if you’re constantly facing the problem of sweating or if their feet or other parts of the child are wet you should get examined with your doctor they will be able to give you better clarity after examining your child
