my 2 year old Vidal reports are positive ,1:80 dilutions ..Is this normal range.Doctor has said for normal viral fever also typhoid comes positive.is it true doctor

A. it s. an absolutely normal reportthis what you have mentioned so this shall need a proper examination and also a doctor advice about treatment so that can guide about this also some tests must be done
