Q.

My 2 year old Mon has a cough. Cough coming from the chest .. It's been a week .. No heat. I have not bathed my head yet due to cough .. I am giving homeo medicin .. Can I bathe my head wet ... ???

A. guve steam at home. Running nose and cold cough may be a sign of any viral infection . May be due to seasonal changes . Just steam as a home remedy along with montair lc and ascoril for cough and cold may be used .

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .ih Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
