You can probably prefer to make the child sit along with you while you are eating , and give him food from your plate , this is one of the best methods,
apart from that , offer , variety as well

try developing food interest hv meal together add variety and creativity to plate..
chk the first cry pg fr receipes..
strt with vit supplements as zincovit...
