my 2 year boy has very dry skin I tried all types of solution but no effect can u suggest me some treatment for him

Nmfe Vitamin E cream you use but don’t use any other cream on top of that I don’t use any oil for the timing just use any basic so that you are using and then you apply this cream after giving a bath to the child you said about 3 to 4 times in a day to begin with
