my 2 year baby vomited with few blood clots and when he did he coughed like something got struck in his throat n puked with blood bits and he poop sometimes he poop hard n its red sometimes plz tell me if its something to worry about

If you are seeing blood that’s definitely not a very healthy sign even if it is due to congestion it is not a healthy sign I would strongly recommend you to please get a check with your doctor whatever is needed to be done the doctor would advise you accordingly
