my 2 year baby is suffering with cough and cold from past 5 days. iam giving Tulsi with honey and karakkai powder with honey on alternate days. but still the cough remains same. can we give betal leaves directly ?or else Can someone suggest me with home remedies..

A. You dan give betel leaf directly if baby dan chew otherwise you can add little gulkand to it to naje it sweet and it also keeps the throat lubricated abd you can give dabur madhuvani
