Q.
My 2 year 2 month old son is still on Mother's milk feed. He is not willing to leave it.How should I stop him from taking Mother's feed?

Offer different varieties of food
Gradually stop feeding at day then at night
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Make meal time fun with toys and story
