My 2 months old nephew spits milk every time after feeding. He is formula fed

It could be because of gastric reflux or because of overfeeding or because of not burping the baby at the end of the feed that the baby is vomiting. Hi It doesn’t matter what kind of a feed your child is on whether formula milk or breastfeed in this kind of behaviour is very very common with kids at this age up till the age of 6 to 7 months vomiting and spitting up of milk is very very common that is due to stomach
