my 2 months & 10days old twin daughters poop after every feed. poop is normal not watery its normal and in small quantity. I breast feed them + cow's milk doctor advised to give them liv 52drops, is it okay to give liv52 at this age

A. it is quite common in small babies to pass stool immediately after taking feeding this is because of persistence of gastrocolic reflex in some babies and it is normal also .
