My 2 month old is doing paste like poop and he is only on breastfeed. He also scrunches and feels in discomfort.

This is completely normal but if your child is having a discomfort while pooping or your child is crunching and all then I think probably a child is suffering with stomach pain and nothing else you can give a medicine relating to that and that is probably going to help in easing down the child
