my 2 month old baby vomits after feeding once or twice a day (even after 10-15 mins burping). now she is taking infamil stage 1. I have started giving her gripewater but still no improvement.kindly suggest

A. gripe water will not help. Feed your baby in a more upright position. Frequent burps during and after each feeding can keep air from building up in your baby's stomach.. Follow each feeding with 30 min in an upright position.
