Q.

my 2 month old baby sleeps for only 10 hours in a day including 3-4 morning naps of not more than 30 to 45 minutes and night sleep of 6 to 7 hours.. weight at birth 2.65kg and at 50th fay 3.83kg. baby is otherwise active and feeding well. tried everything to make her sleep well but she gets up quickly.. is it ok if she sleeps only 10 hours?

A. Every child has different routine. try to feed on demand. give only breastmilk till completion of six months. child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months and triples by one year

A. Baby is fed formula . Baby sleeps well in night but during day he wakes up every half n hour and starts crying too much and when held in arms it sleeps back . Again when put down it cries Many ppl say it’s colic . But urine and poop is fine . Is this normal ?

A. at this point of time the child should sleep for at least 12 to 14 hours throughout the day I would recommend you try to massage your baby to is one technique which helps to put the baby to bed for a longer time
