My 2-month-old baby is spitting curdy after every feed and he didn't poo for 3 days . He is active and pees more than 5-6 times in a day .What might be the reason .Do we need to visit the doctor.

A. Your child should pass during at least 10 to 12 times in the day that is a sign of healthy feeding and that the tummy of your child is full properly so yes try and include more of milk into the diet of your child and consult the doctor if needed
