My 2 month old baby developed flat spot on left as he prefers sleeping mostly on left side , will this get auto corrected or need to reposition him if so how long it will take to correct it

If you keep making your child sleep on the left side and the head is never going to take it shit because the head is going to become more flat over the period and will stay the same you to make your child sleep on the right and on the back most of the times simultaneously then only the head is going to retain its shape as it is meant to be
