my 2 month old babies abdomen sounds and he has gas problem what to do he today poop little 5 times a day

Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut . other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving ptrroper burping after each feed. Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
