my 2 month baby is throwing up formula milk and having green diarrhoea? what does it mean

A. Green coloured motion is common with formula milk and throwing up is basically associated with stomach reflux and poor digestion but if it is a loose motion all the time then in that case you need to take assessment with your doctor
