my 2 month 13 days baby yellow greenish poop what could be the reason doctor

A. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feedinkog babies. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infectifon.
