My 2.7 years old has running nose what syrup i can give her ??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and according to the type of cough its prescribed.t
if any fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature andi the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Wikoryl 3ML can be given to the child to times in the day apart from that you can go ahead with consulting the doctor as well because either the seasonal cold or it could be due to some another issue so better to be sure about it
