Q.

my 2.5 yr daughter is having problem of constipation...dr has asked to stop milk...is it advisable to stop cow milk at this age or should i start giving her with sipper or glass??

A. Hello dear parent! Include curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion and gut health. Avoid milk. Increase the liquid and fibre intake. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
