my 2.5 years son will tell 1-10 numbers and ,some rhymes too..but when we ask he won't tell...he will tell when ever he wants to..and he won't respond to my questions.. is he able to understand me or not?should I consult neurologist?

A. hi are you giving screen exposure like tv , mobile iPad etc? if yes then please stop giving it. spend quality time with your child play different games,sing rhymes and read stories with your child. it will help.
