My 2.5 year old daughter is having fever from 3 4 days fever remains upto 100 yesterday night she was not having fever and she is also doing poo from 3 4 days regurlary and 3 4 times a day .. what is the reason behind this

A. the child may be having some infection to their babies in stomach infection consult your doctor once regarding this for now you can give paracetamol and also give some probiotic like enterogermina
