my 2 1/2 baby girl have rashes on body can i give avil tablet

A. rashes on the body what type of rash as heat rash or skin infection or allergies.. consult the doctor then as prescribed you can give medicine.. maintain good hygiene... bath baby with neem water or use suthol liquid after feed.. you can apply lacto calamine lotion or sandal paste on rash..
