My 1year9month old vomit and have fever n diarrhea once how can I treat her stomach flu

Liquid motions are mainly infection And is treated by just probiotics like enterogermina and o r s to drink for prevention of any type of dehydration . If any vomiting then emset can be given for that . Also avoid milk for some days as it is not digested well
