Hi, since your baby has completed one year you can start giving all the food which you prepare at home but make sure it is less oily and less spicy and cooked well. You can include all type of pulses, sprouts, Dal, veggies and fruits,egg,dry fruits.Make sure to give five meals in a day. Make your own timetable. Give adequate liquid like buttermilk, fruit juice, soups, milkshakes, water, coconut water and keep your baby well hydrated. Take your baby out for cycling or walking.
