Q.

my 16 months baby boy is just refuses to drink milk Please help me How can i give him milk I have also offer chocolate flavored nd dryfruit flavour milk to him but he just refuse it..

A. Dear ma’am, that’s fine. Some kids love milk and some don’t so don’t force feed. You can give curd or home made paneer or fruit milkshakes. If he completely doesn’t take daily products then give almonds, leafy greens, ragi, chickoo etc

A. Dear mum, instead of adding artificial flavours, you can add fresh dry fruits powder. It is a healthy option. You can also give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Breastfeed baby till 2 years.
