Q.

My 16 months baby boy had 2 black stool today. I have switched him from cow milk to formula milk since 3 days, because I was in a marriage. He is taking feeds and is not showing any other symptoms. Is it normal? I am really worried, because stool colour has changed from yellow to black. Please suggest.

A. Not giving any iron supplements

A. Ru Giving any kind of I didn’t supplement to the child because when you give iron supplement it is very normal and common for kids to actually have black colour motions are probably that could be the basic reason behind it I cannot think of anything else
