my 16 month old son doesn't sleep through the night. He wakes up atleast 4 times during the night, takes his feed and sleeps.. What should we do so that he sleeps atleast for 8hrs continously?

A. Feed A little heavy did not do the child and after 2 to 2 1/2 of dinner give milk to the child and then you make your child sleep so this way your child’s tummy is going to be full for a longer time and probably your child will sleep peacefully for longer duration in the night
