it happens because of many reasons like increased intake of fluids, weather change or infection.
if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight,eat and sleep well then no need to worry about anything.
please keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
maintain good hygiene
