My 14 months daughter has fever a week ago with runny nose and mild cough. Fever subsided in 2 days then she started having little loose stools. Stopped cow milk and started entergermia. Stool test report has ph 6, rest fine (attached). Still having semi soft stool, runny nose and nose block when sleeping.
