Hi try to add nuts powder little jaggery or sugar for taste. heat a pan and dry roast the almonds, cashews & pistachios in low medium flame for a minute or until it changes its colour here and there. Remove the roasted almonds, cashews, pistachios from the pan and transfer to a blender. Let it cool down for sometime
Add roasted gram dal in the same pan and dry roast it for 3 minutes. Remove it from the pan and add it to the blender.
Now slightly roast the rasins & dry ginger for a minute. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Once almonds, cashews, pistachios, roasted gram dal are cooled down, grind it together in the blender to a smooth powder.
Nuts are very healthy and definitely good for babies kids. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. Its helps in good weight gain and it's very healthy too.
