my 12 days old baby navel removed on 4 days old and now the blood drops are coming from the navel, is it dangerous,why it happens and how many days it will take to recover?

Clean it properly with a a mild antiseptic liquid and after that you can apply TBACT ointment or you can rather apply Betadine that would be a better option for you and if it doesn’t get better with that also then you should consult your doctor I wouldn’t say it is dangerous it is normal to be seen just check with the doctor if required
