my 12 days child having this type of redness on body, please help me..

Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash hands often before touching your baby
