my 11year old daughter get puberty. is it early age what food should I give to get regular periods

A. Maam yes I think it is only as 11 kids don’t even have a sense of understanding of periods so it is early but you should give a clean diet to the child avoid giving junk and sugary foods and a lot of non-veg like people eat a lot of nonveg these days for specially for girls which is not good
