Q.

My 11-year-old son recently underwent some blood tests, and his Vitamin D levels were reported to be 24.5 ng/mL. Could you please advise if he needs any medication or supplements to improve his Vitamin D levels? Thank you

A. Yes of course you have to give vitamin D supplements to the child and the doctor is going to recommend you which one is the best to be given and how do you need to give it to the child and for how long it is important to be given to the child
