my 11 month old baby girl is sufferinf from fever. i give calpol 120 mg 5 ml but she was vomiting all the time i give the medicine at 8 pm the next dose is at 2am can i change the medicine to dolopar 250 mg 3ml if any issue to chanfe the medicine? baby weight is 9.24

A. if the child is one year old suffering from fever you can give paracetamol to the child and also see other symptoms are there then consult your doctor for a proper examination for the fever
