Q.
my 10 year son suffering from fever last 3 day it come and go.. yesterday morning I take him to blood test and found that the test is ok . in yesterday evening I did not I did not give medicine ... because his tempreture is normal but today evening the tempreture is tittle bit high....

The report is probably normal because this is just a normal viral fever which can be commonly seen with kids in this age and right now it is happening a lot with kids so that is why the fever is on and off you can continue with the medicine and if needed you can consult your doctor if any medicine is needed to be added or if any particular precaution is meant to be taken
