my 10 months old baby boy suddenly got fever of 102.3, gave him paracetamol drops and was controlled to 99.7. how often should i give him paracetamol drops.

A. you are advised to repeat the dose of Paracetamol every 6 hours and 4 doses in the day you can give also do tepid sponging to reduce the body temperature and maintain good hydration for baby
