My 10 months boy baby is suffering from cold caugh and fever from 1 week and today we noticed blood from nose why does it come I'm not understanding pls suggest

Don’t panic if you blow the nose little harshly then then it might bleed as the nose is supplied by number of blood vessels do it happens and due to cold the dry crust in nose might injure the nasal membrane so it’s okay you can put nasoclear nasal drops
