Q.

My 10 month old baby girl fell off on her head while trying to stand. She has got 99.8 fever now in 24hrs

A. You can continue giving paracetamol to the child which you can repeat every six hours and it is normal for a child to have this kind of an issue so need not worry about it and while they try to stand and walk down a couple of times the time much don’t worry about it
