my 10 month old baby fall off bed.no symptoms of injury and unconsciousness.baby behaves normal .is there anything to worry?

A. omg.. monitor the baby well.. see if any swelling or cut or scratch.. you can rub ice cubes,on the swelling,use boro plus if any cut.. nothing to worry if baby is fine.. there is a homeopathy medicine Arnica 30 you can give that,
