my 10 month baby is having loose motions from last 5 days ,what to do ? what to feed him,any medicine?

Namaste Mom, In such condition it is important that you keep hum hydrated , and you need liquids as the most such as ORS, coconut water, lemon water, fresh fruit juices, vegetable soup, give a few sips through =out the day as much he can take comfortably inlcuding water
