Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Offer your baby high fiber foods like prunes, berries, oatmeal, whole grains, spinach, and beans. Offer your baby water, pear juice, and prune juice at meals. These foods will help your child to pass the motion freely. Thank you and have a nice day.
