my 10 month baby girl is suffering from dengue.. having fever only..when asked doctor he prescribed only to give pacimol..

A. yes you have to give only paracetamol for fever because dengue is a viral infection and the self resolving viral infection so give plenty of water to drink and keep a check on platelets
