Q.

my 10 days old baby boy is popping 10 - 15 times in a day, urinate 12-15 times and his poop is also very watery and seedy,he is feed with formula and mother both because mother milk supply bis very low

A. it is considered to be normal accorr the age and according to the details you have mentioned if not associated with any other problems repetitively,you should not worry it does not require any kind of treatment or medicine if you have any more doubt you can get examination done once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.
