once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor

Atogla Dream is a good option because I think your child may be having heat rashes on the entire body and this is happening very commonly with kids these days which is why I would recommend you did you go ahead without using the screen that I am suggesting to one of the best options to go ahead with currently
